In the room with Millions

Hello Prayer Closet Warriors!!!! It’s been a while, I pray you all are well. These last few months have been pretty stretching, in a good way of course.

There's nothing that compares to being in the presence of the Lord. We read about it in the Bible and hear testimonials from others, but when you have your own experience, it's really something special.

He’s revealed Himself to me enough that I dare not live without Him… too much has happened for me to just try to walk away. I would be a complete fool! Y’all remember when Jesus turned to the twelve disciples and asked them, ”Are y’all still riding or nah?” Simon Peter responded like, “these streets are trash Lord! I’m not trying to be out here looking stupid (when I know Your Word). You’ve called us friend. I don’t want to be uncovered, full of sin, drowning in misery!” Go read John 6:67-69 because this is just how I heard the conversation in my head while reading, lol.

On April 26-30th, I saw the Word of God move amongst His people in such a mighty way. As we sang songs of praise & worship, cried, spoke in tongues and rejoiced, God’s presence rested on us all. (This is an example of the special experience I just mentioned.)

Let me start from the beginning. On January 1st I made a list of all the things I wanted to do this year and submitted it to God. One of the things on my list was attending Prophetess Tiphani Montgomery’s Millions Conference. I heard Him say, “yes” and I was excited! Nope, I didn’t have the money for it, but I knew Abba was going to make a way. And boy did He make a way! I continued to pray and he gave me my instructions. To solidify I heard him correctly, one of the people He told me I would go with (My sis Ramesha) randomly called me and said, “Abba told me to call you about Millions.” Nope, there wasn’t a conversation before that. God spoke to us separately then brought it around full circle. I’m abundantly thankful for the women God has put in my life. Where would I be if God didn’t send destiny helpers?

Fast forward, I purchased my ticket…2 days before it sold out!

God gave me the yes and I didn’t want to fumble this opportunity. I remember when going to Dubai last year we were instructed to go to God and ask, “What is going to try to stop me from getting there?” God brought that back to my memory to prepare me for Texas. I asked and this is what He said, “Sinuses, delayed flight, and to be very aware of becoming frustrated with people around you, even while in the room. Tasha, focus on Me and why I am sending YOU.”

A lesson I’ve learned is that if you desire to live in God's Perfect will, you'll guard your heart, obey God's laws even when it's tough and doesn’t make sense, and let the Holy Spirit fill, guide, and direct you.

Fast forward again, as soon as I boarded the plane at Logan airport, guess what happened??! My sinuses flared up! I started sneezing & felt pressure in my head. But, God warned and had me prepare for it. I had my medicine and took it right away.

Because I postured my heart correctly, aligned myself with His word and instruction, fixed my eyes on Him, I went to Texas literally in a bubble! Sinuses weren’t stopping me. No one else’s attitude affected me. I didn’t dare to fix my mouth to murmur and complain about anything. God went ahead of me and everything was laid out. I was fully submerged in His presence, above me, around all sides, and from below. He hovered over me and spoke “loud and clear.” I’m sure some might be thinking, “well, that’s what’s supposed to happen when you’re around other believers glorifying God.” Not necessarily. Not everyone who shows up in a room is for Jesus, but when the Holy Spirit dwells on the inside, when He sets a room on fire, and Jesus’s name is called on, demons MUST bow down and then that’s what happens!

If I could tell you everything that occurred that weekend it’ll turn into a book! I’m still unpacking all the information I received in the conference.

However, there is one moment I have to share with you all. During the conference when Pastor Bev Tucker stood on stage to walk us through deliverance, she said something that God made me focus in on. She said, “there are angels encamped around us right now. They are here to chain up the evil spirits that have kept you in bondage.”

I had my eyes closed as we repeated what she said. However, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “open your eyes.” When I opened my eyes and looked to the right of me, a feather came floating down from the ceiling!!!! Listen, as I’m writing this and reliving that moment, I’m shouting again! NO ONE around me was wearing feathers, NO ONE around me had on a puffy coat. THE ANGELIC ANGELS WERE PRESENT just like Bev said!

I don’t know if anyone else witnessed it, but I am here as a witness! I am so thankful God allowed me to see it.

What I loved about how He spoke to me that weekend was that He met with me, alone first. I was in an Airbnb with three of my sisters and Abba was waking me up at 4am. Before I walked into the room at the conference, He gave me a word first.

Also, on the last day during my quiet time, God revealed to me who I am. He said, “Tasha you are my prophet. A prophet to the nations.” Yes, I was pretty shocked because I didn’t expect Him to say that. I could see myself as an evangelist, even a teacher, but never a prophet. To be completely honest I started comparing myself to other prophets, asking God if He was sure because I didn’t think I could show up like them.

Later, He also confirmed what He said after I had a prayerpy session with The Prayerpist (Destiny Thomas) and it was so helpful and encouraging.

I then pulled back from a few things to learn from Him exactly what all this means and how He wants me to show up as His prophet to the nations. This is also what I practiced: listening to His voice and blocking out all other distractions, reading, resting, and applying scripture. One thing He has since repeated a few times is “You are my Gentle Giant.”

I am truly grateful for all that God has done and is still doing. As I said before, I’d be foolish to walk away now.

Prophetess Tiphani Montgomery, I THANK YOU for your YES to God! Your obedience to God has changed a lot of lives. Attending my first Covered By God and Millions conference is something I will NEVER forget!
