Latonia Francois is the visionary founder of Let's Write Life, a faith-based personal development and wellness company established in 2015. Dedicated to empowering busy, driven women of color, Latonia champions mental health and self-care through journaling. With over 15 years of experience, she is a celebrated self-care and wellness educator.

Latonia's journey through mental illness led her to discover journaling as a transformative tool, which she now shares with others. She authored "The Best of Me" Empowerment Journal and Program, which helps women and young girls recognize their self-worth and build inner confidence. She has also created seven other journals and an empowerment clothing line to promote mental health and wellness.

In 2023, she launched the "Mental Health Gym" community to make self-care more accessible for busy women. Latonia's work has been featured in Essence.com and Boston Voyager Magazine. Her journaling art piece, "I AM ANYA; Woman of Hope," was highlighted in Janssen and Johnson & Johnson's 2018 Champions of Science project.

Latonia opened The Anya House, a faith-based self-care retreat space for women, in 2019. She has spoken at prominent events like the Peace Love Studios Storytellers Mental Health Conference and led programs at respected organizations including the Massachusetts Conference for Women and Bentley University. A Bentley University graduate, she resides in South Shore, MA, with her husband, Herkins Francois, and their three children. Latonia inspires with her affirmation:

Antoinette is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for integrating faith into business. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, she lived in Sweden while earning her LL.M. in human rights law from Lund University, bringing a unique global perspective to her work.

After years of managing commercial properties, Antoinette experienced a transformative shift in 2018 when God gave her the scripture 1 Peter 4:9, calling her to open her home to the homeless. In 2023, this scripture came to fruition as she began renting to those transitioning from homelessness, solidifying her commitment to faith-driven entrepreneurship and ministry.

Throughout her journey, Antoinette has experienced God's guidance in numerous ways, including divine "winks" that encouraged her to persevere with her lifestyle and clothing brand, "the word changes," even when faced with challenges. She is now dedicated to sharing her story and inspiring others to find purpose and success through partnering with God in their own businesses.

Hailing from Boston, Nakema embodies a rich tapestry of qualities and skills that mark her as a standout professional and compassionate individual. Versatile and resourceful, she is committed to acting with loyalty and conscientiousness. Nakema is celebrated for her robust work ethic and her dedication to serving others, always seeking practical solutions with real-world impact.

Her professional journey is distinguished by diverse experiences at esteemed institutions including the Department of Revenue, Boston Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Verizon. These roles have sharpened her abilities, allowing her to excel in customer service and advocacy through attentive listening and effective communication. She is practical, goal-oriented, and excels in creating peace, order, and stability.

As a Realtor and Residential Advisor, Nakema has been instrumental in numerous relocations since 2016, adeptly guiding both buyers and sellers through the complexities of real estate transactions. Her strategic acumen and ability to foresee and navigate challenges ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

Educationally, Nakema studied Education at Lesley College and holds an associate degree in Applied Science from Bay State College. She is currently advancing her education in Christian Education and pursuing a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling at the School of the Great Commission Bible College.

Deeply involved in her community, Nakema is an active member of Well Spring Global Fellowship, living out the ethos of entering to worship and exiting to serve.
